What you’ll need

  • Prep Chef 14oz Korean Inspired Meatballs

  • 1 baguette

  • Sriracha Aioli*

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Shredded carrots

  • 1 jalapeño (deseeded and thinly sliced)

  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

How to make it

  1. Begin preparing Prep Chef Korean Inspired Meatballs per package instructions

  2. Cut baguette into 4 even pieces and lightly toast

  3. Partially slice bread pieces, open and spread Sriracha aioli on both sides

  4. Once meatballs are ready, distribute evenly into the 4 banh mí

  5. Top with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, shredded carrots, and jalapeño slices

  6. Add extra Korean Inspired BBQ Sauce for even more umami!

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

*To make your own Srirahca Aioli, add 1 cup mayo with 2 teaspoons Sriracha and stir to combine.
