What you’ll need

  • Prep Chef 14oz Thai Lemongrass Chicken

  • Any salad base or your choice, we recommend a super blend bag of cabbage, carrots, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and kale

  • Shredded carrots

  • Avocado

  • Yellow bell pepper

  • Lemon

  • Cucumber

  • Cilantro

  • Peanuts

  • Sesame seeds

How to make it

  1. Prepare your Prep Chef Thai Lemongrass Chicken per package instructions

  2. Slice avocado, bell pepper, and lemon

  3. Dice cucumber

  4. Chop cilantro

  5. Mix salad base, avocado, bell pepper and cucumber in a large bowl

  6. Add Prep Chef Thai Lemongrass Chicken with sauce

  7. Top with lemon juice, cilantro, sesame seeds, and peanuts

  8. Mix all ingredients together, serve and enjoy!
