Shredded carrots
Avocado
Yellow bell pepper
Lemon
Cucumber
Cilantro
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
How to make it
Prepare your Prep Chef Thai Lemongrass Chicken per package instructions
Slice avocado, bell pepper, and lemon
Dice cucumber
Chop cilantro
Mix salad base, avocado, bell pepper and cucumber in a large bowl
Add Prep Chef Thai Lemongrass Chicken with sauce
Top with lemon juice, cilantro, sesame seeds, and peanuts
Mix all ingredients together, serve and enjoy!
